Registration

To register for the 2025 European Career Fair, follow the next steps:

  1. Read and sign the contract

  2. Select registration package and add to cart

  3. Select add-ons and add to cart

  4. Check out, enter your discount codes, and pay with a credit card (if you want to be invoiced instead, follow the below instructions for paying by wire transfer)

Important information:

  • To pay by wire transfer, enter the discount code ‘WIREPAYMENT’ during checkout.

  • Cluster members should use the cluster discount code provided by their cluster head.

  • If a cluster member is paying by wire transfer, DO NOT use the cluster discount code. Instead, use the code ‘WIREPAYMENT’ and enter the cluster name in the designated field during checkout. Please do not apply more than one discount code at the same time.

Pricing

Basic registration

The basic registration price is indicated in the following table for the different company types. Access the Early Bird prices by registering before December 8th, 2024! (deadline extended) In addition, the ECF provides an advantageous room block rate for participating companies in the Cambridge Mariott on a first-come-first-served basis.

Add-on options

After selecting the basic registration fee, you will be able to select Add-on options. You can choose individual Add-ons, or get the Platinum package which offers the best selection of Add-ons and includes exclusive enhanced visibility opportunities via dedicated social media posts and other perks. Platinum packages, presentations, and coffee chats are limited and on a first-come-first-serve basis.
